A short note on what the nomicho.com website collects.

Your waitlist email

If you give us your email to be notified at launch, we use it only to send that notification. We never share it or use it for advertising. It's stored in Supabase (Tokyo region). To remove it, email support@nomicho.jp and we'll delete it promptly.

Approximate country

When you join the waitlist we record the approximate country your request comes from, derived from your IP address (not a precise location, and your IP is not stored). It only helps us see which regions to prioritise — nothing more.

Analytics

To understand how many people visit, we use cookieless, aggregate analytics (PostHog). No cookies are stored, and we don't track you across sites or identify individual visitors.
